GENERAL RETURN - EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

The following conditions must be met when returning or exchanging goods:

  • the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (intact labels and protective films, etc.);
  • the goods must be undamaged by the buyer;
  • the returned / exchanged item must be in the original neat packaging;
  • the returned / exchanged item must be in the same configuration as received;
  • If the above conditions are met, you should write a request for return / exchange of the item, stating the name, invoice number, name and price of the item, the account number where the money should be returned and the reason for the return or exchange.

You must send this request by e-mail to uab.atmeta@gmail.com or by registered mail. You can send the product by post, bring it by your own transport or by courier. After receiving the product and making sure that the product is unused, we will return the money to the account specified by you within 10 days or, in case of exchange, we will send a new product.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT IF YOU RECEIVE GOODS DAMAGED, BROKEN OR NOT THE ORDER YOU ORDER AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT

Goods are exchanged and returned in accordance with the Retail Rules approved in 2001. June 11 Government Resolution No. 697.

When picking up / receiving the ordered goods, check the condition of the shipment and sign the delivery-acceptance document of the shipment. If you notice a damage to the packaging or non-conformity of the package when picking up / receiving the shipment, immediately notify the courier, if possible, take a photo (send it by e-mail: uab.atmeta@gmail.com) and ask to write a report of packaging damage. Upon acceptance of the ordered goods and signing of the consignment document without comments, the consignment is considered to have been delivered in order. If you do not take these steps, we will not be liable for:

  • damage to the goods, if the basis for the occurrence of such damage is not a factory defect;
  • discrepancies in the composition of the goods, if these discrepancies can be identified during the external inspection of the goods.

NON - RETURNABLE AND CORRECTABLE GOODS

UAB Atmeta follows the documents regulating the procedure of returning goods - the Civil Code and the Rules of Retail Trade.

RETURN / EXCHANGE COSTS

If you want to return an unreliable product (do not like the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased product) when the money is returned for the product or the product is replaced by another product, shipping costs are not reimbursed in all cases.
